Minnesota Families United offers supervised parenting for families navigating through divorce or other family matters and to families with active child protection cases. A visitation supervisor from Minnesota Families United will assure a physically and emotionally safe environment for children to spend time with their noncustodial parent/parents. The visitation supervisor will monitor interactions between the children and parents and intervene when necessary. Throughout the visit, the visitation supervisor will document a case note objectively describing the interactions between the children and parents. The note will be kept on file and sent to the appointed county case worker or family attorney.
